The Education Program for Gifted Youth (EPGY) Comes to Tindley
The Charles A. Tindley Academy of Music now offers The Education Program for Gifted Youth (EPGY) for mathematics education to students of our after-school tutorial program.
This computer-based multimedia course, designed by Stanford University, provides each student individualized instruction. EPGY builds skills from simple arithmetic through algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and precalculus. These skills help students understand and apply the fundamentals of mathematics, complete their school assignments and excel on standardized tests.
